On short notice, I was looking to fete my graduating senior with a memorable picnic lunch.  Chef Gil promptly responded to my email inquiry with a lovely menu of chicken wraps, a delightful broccoli and bacon salad, pasta salad with tomatoes and mozzarella and killer brownies.  I was impressed when Chef was able to tweak the items for our vegetarian graduate without sacrificing flavor or visual appeal!  The picnic was a success and we were able to enjoy leftovers for a casual dinner after the festivities of the day.
